Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact the seller where you purchased the product. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at: info@guaranteedhorseproducts.com. When starting a return please provide your full name, name of the product, purchase price, and your shipping address. Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than processing your return or exchange. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1101 Innovation Way, Marysville, OH 43040, United States 

You can request either a replacement product at no cost, or a full refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not in the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
