ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders will be processed the following business day when received during a holiday or weekend.  

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders placed through our website will only be shipped within the United States. For customers looking to place international orders, please find a local retailer or website that will ship to your country. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS & ESTIMATES

Shipping rates are calculated using shipping weight, dimensions of package, and destination at checkout. Taxes will also be applied at checkout to your final order. 

ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with the tracking number for you to check the status of your package. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@guaranteedhorseproducts.com with your name and order number for us to assist you.
